I have rooms and 2 private bathrooms (furnishing optional) are available in very spacious well kept home close to DIA and Southlands area. 20 mins from downtown, 2 mins from all major high ways. Making for a straight / easy trip downtown. 10ins from a park and ride which goes downtown, as well. I travel often and I am extremely low-key when I am around. It’s only me for now and will likely be, with one roommate for 6 mos- 1 yr.
Utilities, WiFi, Netflix with full access to common areas also included. (Monthly common area cleaning services are also optional) Rent range $1150- $1550/ mth (depending on room selection size and necessary accommodation).
