Room for rent - $625 all bills paid

I have 1 room to rent in my house that's move-in ready. Rent is $700 per month with all bills included. My house is walking distance to an HEB and about 5 minutes away from Walmart. The neighborhood is typically quiet, especially at night. There is only a $100 deposit. I also require your last 4 pay stubs, either paper or electronic. The bathroom is shared, with cabinet space for multiple people. For the rest of the house, it is shared. I do not believe in confining people into their rooms. I am looking for chill roommates who clean up after themselves.
