April 1st move-in. Looking for 2 roommates to share a 4bed/3bath townhome in North Miami off of Ives Dairy road. The townhome is currently being occupied by one 34 year old female flight attendant. It is a 2 story corner townhome in a gated community with security and pool. 2 parking spaces and 1 car garage. Each roommate would have their own bathroom. The 4th room is always kept open for any visitors the roommates may have. The townhome is fully furnished and it comes with all the appliances. Washer and dryer is inside the townhome. There is also a furnished backyard. Rent is $1,100 for each roommate. Utilities: electric, wifi, water split between roommates which is about $300 total so would be about $100 per person give or take. Move in fee: $2,200 which is first months rent and security.
