Hello GC here, looking for a 1 year rent for a [REDACTED] all, i just need a plug to connect tiny fridge and a small desktop computer for work. I work outside home 5 days week and sat + sunday usually free. I desire a room or shed with no need for water or drainage access as I have access at work to shower and so forth. I dont need access to laundry and a bonus if i can use ocassional wifi for work invoicing. Again not picky, clean minimalist, low noise, drug and alcohol weed free. I also have no problem being around people and non confrontational type, I genuinley prefer to not escalate problems even if they arise and always do my best to resolve them speaking and understanding.
