I need someone to take my lease over at the grove in San Marcos. It’s rent by the room 3x3. It’s on the Texas state bus route, has a 24/7 gym, pet friendly, pool, in unit washing, study rooms, free printers, fully furnished and WiFi. The lease is for august 2026 - July 2027. They take financial aid as well. Base rate is about $699. Per person, 12 installments for a standard term of August 13, 2026 to July 23, 2027.
