Our roommates are outgoing, considerate, clean, and keep things to themselves. Current occupants are 2 male professionals. You will be the 3rd person. Total of 3 people roommates and that's it.
Available to move in immediately. House rules:
1 occupant per room.
No smoking
No party
No overnight guest
Ok to bring garbage bins to the curb once a month Background check required. Cost is $45 but it will be refunded upon approval. Minimum stay of 3 months. Security deposit is due 24 hours after application is approved. First month rent is due on signing the Lease Agreement. No laundry on but laundromat is down the street.
