(SEE END OF LISTING FOR CONTACT) Hi there! Looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3-bed, 2-bath apartment in Dorchester, beginning June 1 and ending August 31 (option to re-sign after that). It's got lots of natural light, central heat/AC, furnished living and dining room, in-unit laundry, and a balcony with a lovely view. Good value for the cost. See pics for more detail. The apartment: 3-bed, 2-bath apartment in Dorchester, 10–15 mins walk from the Red Line (Fields Corner + Shawmut) and a bunch of bus lines (, 26, 201, 202). Second floor of a 3-level building. Room + roommates: You'd be renting a private bedroom, unfurnished. Apartment is shared with two roommates (Owen and Patrick) who have their own rooms and separate leases. Bathroom is shared with Owen. Patrick is planning to move out at the end of August; Owen may leave or stay. Lease + cost: Rent is $1325 + a $60 fee for monthly cleaning of common areas. You'd be signing a new, short-term lease to replace the last three months of mine (6/1–8/31), with the option of re-signing for 9/1 onward if you choose. Lease is signed with a management company that acts as an intermediary, but you deal with the landlord for repairs and he's responsive.
