Close to the community clubhouse with pool, gym, and pickleball courts. The room is $875/month with internet and utilities split among all roommates (estimated ~$70/mo). One-year contract. No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests. Looking for a clean and responsible male roommate to join three other working guys in the house. Current roommates are roughly 25-35, and we take the living environment seriously. We want someone who's mature, considerate, and open to honest communication if something needs to be addressed.
