Master bedroom has queen bed, French doors to deck and yard, large closet with overhead suitcase storage, and 40" Smart TV. Master bath has two-person jacuzzi tub/shower with antique vanity and bidet. Second bedroom has double bed, additional single bed and 40" Smart TV. Queen sleeper sofa in living room and single rollaway bed in closet.
Musicians Dream is a single family home on a double lot. Tenants have private use of the house, backyard, pool and tenant driveway (left side of property.) Owners occupy right side of property (fenced, no shared space). There is a Ring doorbell and Ring camera on the front porch.
