A private bedroom will be available for rent on April 15, 2025. You will be sharing the bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Rent $750/mth covers all utilities — internet, electricity, gas, water, and trash. Single occupancy per room. Clean, respectful tenants only, no animals, no kids. All tenants go through a thorough background check to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment. No overnight guests. Shared areas: kitchen, dining room, laundry, living room, patio. Parking is easy and monitored by a security camera. Smoking only on the patio.
