I am a 49-year old professional woman looking for a roommate. The house is 3 bedrooms 2 baths, near Plaza Midwood/NoDa. I am renting out the Master Bedroom which can fit a king bed with private bathroom and large closet. I have a fenced in yard and detached garage where you can store things. I have an exercise/yoga/meditation room to share. I rarely use the living room. The monthly rent is $1100 which includes utilities and the room is available on April 30. I will allow a cat.
