Looking for a 5th roommate for a basement suite with 4 girls in the Point Grey area of Vancouver. The suite has 5 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms, and is about a 10-minute bus or drive to UBC, with easy access to major bus routes. It’s also close to grocery stores and beaches.
Rent is $1,100/month plus utilities (WiFi and hydro) and a deposit of approximately $500. The unit includes in-suite laundry, a full kitchen, dining area, and a furnished living space with a TV and couch. Street parking and driveway parking are both available. Move-in would be Fall 2026.
We’re all UBC students with busy schedules during the week, but we enjoy hanging out occasionally and keeping a clean, respectful home environment.
