Summer sublet available near Dal!!

*Looking for a female sublet for May-August* 812$ monthly!! (Can be negotiable on dates/price!) This is a private bedroom on the top floor of a 2 level apartment. Big room with lots of sunlight!! The common areas are shared (kitchen, living room and bathroom). There will be 1 other girl living in the house over the summer as well. Looking for someone clean and quiet. House is rlly close to Dalhousie campus about a 10 min walk. Located on a quiet street close to to grocery store. The room will be furnished, but will not look exactly like the pictures provided, as I have to move my stuff in first. I am also happy to provide pictures of my furniture now so that you could picture what the room would look like.
