Furnished room with private balcony entrance and shared deck overlooking beautiful wetlands and songbirds. Includes queen bed, 2 dressers, large TV stand, and private bathroom (shower/tub combo). Furniture can be removed if you have your own. We’re a friendly family, both U.S. veterans and graduate students, with three young daughters (ages 3, 4, and 8) who are in school/daycare during the day. We enjoy cooking, spending time together, and getting out in the community.

Looking for a woman renter, preferably with child(ren), so the kids can play together. Our children are well-behaved and friendly.
