South Austin Room

I have a room available, 4 bedroom 2 bath house, two men in their 30s and 40s currently reside in 2 rooms. The availble listed room is about 150 square feet, there is fiber wifi and direct line in room, room rental is on a month-to-month basis. There’s a small refundable deposit, and I’ll verify your background check, room has a shared bathroom, we are located in the Battlebend neighborhood of South Congress in South Austin. I, the owner have two small dogs, and the place is ready for you to move in. There’s driveway and street parking, a pet may be permissable if they get along with my pups. The room is now a light blue and light green room, it has a ceiling fan with a remote control, this is a musician’s house, I’m looking for someone asap and is friendly. * All bills Paid included till summer when bills can electricity bills go over normal costs, there may be a little extra charge above normal rent for these months, this is common from June till sept in Texas because of cost of using air conditioning.
