Subleasing my apartment for the summer since I won’t be here. Own bedroom/bathroom. The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bathroom with the master bedroom being occupied by 2 others guys (Male). Room comes with a desk, mini fridge, side drawer/table and a queen mattress (Fully Furnished). Apartment will also be furnished with a sofa and dining table. It’s located at Park West Apartments about a 3 mile drive to UCI campus. Bus stop is a couple blocks away as well. Any other questions you can send me a message. Utilities aren’t included in the rent.
