Hi! My name is Collin, and I’m a sophomore at University of South Carolina majoring in Finance and Real Estate. My current roommates are graduating in May, and my new roommate and I are looking for 2 more roommates for next school year. The house is located in a safe neighborhood just 12 minutes from USC’s main campus and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, a Walgreens, urgent care, and Midlands Technical College. It features 2 spacious bedrooms with large closets, 2.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a furnished living room, along with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of free parking in the long driveway, as well as a front and back porch and a backyard with a fire pit. I enjoy working out, going to sporting events, surfing, and hanging out with friends, and I like to keep the house clean and organized.
