Looking for roommate

Opis

I have a 3-bedroom townhouse with 1 room available.
There’s a half bathroom downstairs and a shared full bathroom upstairs, located right next to the room.
Both of us living here are very quiet and easygoing. We’re gamers, so it’s a relaxed, low-key environment.
I’m a professional musician, so you may occasionally hear me practicing flute in my room. The sound is minimal and shouldn’t be disruptive since the rooms are spaced apart.
If you have a dog, they’re welcome as long as they are well-trained (no accidents in the house) and comfortable around other dogs. I may be adopting one in the future
House has washer and dryer. Semi furnished. There are desks and a bed you may use.
