I have a empty room for women only! It is a very spacious townhome in Coral Springs right next to parkland. Very safe community and it is gated. No specific credit score criteria needed, but most not have any recent evictions, bankruptcies, felonies, and monies owed to previous landlords. I'm looking for a clean and respectful roommate! Must be able to move in September 1st. I have one cat named Toby who is an old man. He enjoys to sleep. Room is still dirty from move will add photos tomorrow. Ask any questions that you need!
