Love dogs but too busy? I can pay you also for occasional pet care. Monthly rate includes utilities, gated parking &!high quality/reliable internet. I’m the homeowner & work at the UT business school so very professional, reliable living situation. Room is in process of getting furnished (or let me know if you have furniture), you have your own bathroom. My dog is very sweet, easy going & stays in her own part of the home so not in your way unless you want major affection, on demand! Safe home to receive packages & very professional, friendly & safe/watchful community. Laundry in unit + AC, dishwasher. Pool on .
