Room for rent in my 3 bed Apartment! I currently have a room available to rent in my apartment. 3 bed apartment off Grant rd near hwy 249! I’m 39 years old and my roommate is 42 years old, ideally looking for a working individual who is around our age. We just work, pay the bills and relax. No cats or dogs allowed, smoking is ok on the patio but not in the house. There is a place to wash clothes across the street from my apartment complex. That’s where me and my roommate wash clothes. $600 a month, $200 move in fee. Utilities are included in the rent price! 1st month and move in fee due before move in! You’d be sharing a bathroom with myself. Full access to kitchen and living area. Parking may not be an option unless you’re willing to sign on to the lease through my apartment complex
