Hey there! I'm looking for 2 roommates who are nice, clean and organized, respectful of boundaries, and laidback. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. And the rooms get lots of natural light ☀️ The F/G Church Ave. stop is only one short block away from the apartment. There's a FoodTown, Walgreens, CleanRite laundry, and farmer's market nearby. Prospect Park is only a 10 minute walk away, and the beautiful Greenwood Cemetery is 5 minutes away. Internet is only $50 total and usually split 3 ways
Utility bills range seasonally, usually higher during the summer and winter I'm an artist, animator, and musician, and work as an afterschool instructor at an elementary school. I like to have time to myself, but I also like to hang out in the living room, crochet, bake desserts, watch movies, and play music.
