I am the lease holder for a new home in Matthews North Carolina with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
I have two rooms available NOW!
The downstairs room has a private bathroom and is $900/month utilities included. The upstairs room is $800/month utilities included and shares a bathroom.
Large, clean house with quiet and respectful yet friendly roommates. Currently 2 dogs and no more pets allowed:( Neither room is furnished and there is street and driveway parking available. Upstairs room is short term 3-5months and the downstairs is available until January 2027. Please feel free to ask any questions Bedroom 5 and bedroom 4 available
