MESSAGE ME ON FB - Kay-Lea Barnett. Just moved here from Texas (: We have a private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom available on the first floor of our 3-story townhome. You’ll have your own space, with minimal traffic— we only pass through the hallway to take the dogs outside. Home Details: • Shared kitchen & living room on the 2nd floor • Garage storage available if needed • Easy street parking right outside • Family home with an 11-year-old son • Two friendly dogs (Great Pyrenees & Bichapoo) • Dogs stay on the 2nd floor, and stairs are gated off House Expectations: • Please be mindful of guests, as we have a child in the home • No drugs allowed (marijuana is okay, but must be smoked outside and stored responsibly) • We keep an early schedule during the week (up as early as 4:30 AM), so a respectful noise level is appreciated. We are extremely laid back/easy going. Our bedrooms are on the 3rd floor so you will not hear my son play his video games lol
