Hi, my name is Luisa. I am a third year student. I'm looking for a roommate (preferably female) to take over a room in my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment! My current roommate is moving out, so the room will be available soon. Rent is $1,960/month. The room has a full-sized closet, and the apartment also has a private balcony. There’s in-unit laundry, and the building has an elevator. Plus, there’s a beautiful rooftop with an amazing Manhattan skyline view. I’m a student, and I’d prefer a young female roommate.
