This is a year lease for 1 bedroom signed with the landlord deposit and first month’s rent required. Utilities (Internet/Water/Electric/Gas) are not included and are split by every roommate in the house (divided evenly). Since we have pets (2 cats who stay in bedroom, 2 bearded dragons, and 2 roaming cats
