A 2x2 bedroom (room) on the 3rd floor available for lease. My roommate is lovely and her cat is very sweet and gets along with other animals. I am moving because I am going to go to school in the Caribbean’s and leaving end of March. So would be available April 1st-July 31st. Deposit With co-signer more affordable. (Unsure since I did with out a co-singer) Base rent is $855+covered parking $35+ monthly utility fee $28 =$918 Utilities range from $68-73 Pet friendly if you have one.
You would have your own room and private bathroom attached to the room, furnished with bed, mattress, dresser, desk w/chair and night stand
