Looking for 1 female roommate

Looking for 1 female roommate. It’s a pretty big house with a big yard. You would be sharing a bathroom with a couple (man & woman) There are 4 people living here total (female queer couple & straight couple) The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, one is used as a communal gaming room & the other is occupied. This posting is for the other upstairs room. The upstairs flooring is being completely stripped of the carpet and turned into hardwood floors before move in. You may also paint the room whatever color you’d like. We have 3 fridges so that should not be an issue! We also have a washer and dryer. There are 4 cats and one dog. If you have pets, that is okay as long as it isn’t too many! We are okay with smoking as long as it is done outside (🍃 friendly) - must have proof of income:) I’m not about to pay for this app text me @ if interested
