Looking for roommate in Montreal CA

I'm looking for a preferably long term roommate in a nice 2 bedrooms appartement. The bedroom is semi furnished ( bed and closet) but the appartement is fully furnished with washing machine and dryer. The neighborhood is great, close to all amenities and a short walk to Frontenac Station. The rent is 890 CAD all inclusive ( internet included). You can move in immediately( after a visit/ meeting).
