Hi there.
I have 2 rooms available now in a house in Montmorency as my housemate's moving out.
Ideally someone willing to get on the lease with me.
Pretty central location and close to everything.
5mn drive to the shops, restaurants, cafés and train stations (Montmorency and Eltham), or 10 to Greensborough. 150 metres from Macca's, 400 metres from Hungry jacks and KFC too.
Public transport availabe within a 5 minute walk with buses going both directions.
Plenty of parks close by, including a skate park and a couple of dog parks.
It's a 3 bedroom, 1 study house on a relatively big property, nestled in a beautiful, green and peaceful court,with a big front yard, located in Montmorency.
With 1 bathroom with shower and a separate bath tub, independent toilet, (I have an ensuite so the bathroom is yours exclusively). Bright Living room, opening on the front balcony, open plan kitchen and dining room, laundry and a back balcony.
The kitchen has a new Gas stove top and electric oven (replaced late last year), microwave, fridge, kettle, etc
House is furnished but the bedrooms aren't. There's 2 off street parking spaces available too.
2 bedrooms available but ideally I would prefer one housemate that would take both rooms and use / convert one into a home office space or study, or even a music or Art studio. And, that way, You would have your own bathroom and toilet.
I'm a pretty chilled, respectful mature male.
Working full time and 2 days a week from home.
Love dogs, music, good vibes, food and conversation, and a big believer in holistic health.
I have started a few garden beds and I have a few plants going at the moment.
If you have a green thumb or just want to try your hand at gardening, you can have your own patch and grow herbs, fruits or veggies as you like.There's more than enough space for that.
Bonus: I make amazing cocktails even though I don't drink alcohol anymore.😉
