Old roommate/friend is moving out, so I have a master bedroom and bathroom available. Month-to-month or long term lease, up to you. You will have your own bathroom and a decent size closet. Also comes with king bed, but that can be moved to storage if necessary. Washer and dryer in unit.AC unit was replaced April 2025. Stairs were re-done March 2026. Pet friendly! No smoking, no kids, no drugs. Very quiet neighborhood and that goes for this house as well (no big parties). First month and security deposit required. Proof of income required. Apologies for the lack of pictures at the moment, I will have more in the next few days after my current roommate moves out. I can also text some to those interested. Security deposit is one months rent. No charge for internet and utilities!
