The space includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, lots of storage. kitchen on main level is shared along with. Washer and dryer shared. This is a quiet home, so I am seeking someone professional whos is respectful and reliable. Tents will pay half utilities. No pets, no smoking and no sleep over company. Tenant pays half utilities cost.
