I have one room available in a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome located in Everett, close to Lake Stickney. The townhouse was built in 2018, so everything is in excellent condition. The room comes with it’s own private bathroom. The common areas are furnished, while you’re bedroom will be unfurnished. If you’re looking for a furnished room, I’m open to discussing it. There is some storage space available in the garage. Parking is either in the driveway or on the street. Comes with full kitchen privileges. Utilities and Internet are not included in the rent and will be split evenly. The townhouse has a balcony with a bbq. There is also a small backyard. The room will be available starting in early June.
