It’s in a great walking community with parks across the street, awesome location close to carvolth exchange for transit and has a huge SOLARIUM!!! If you want an indoor outdoor space all year round within a secure building w/ a gym and want to make community connections, this is for you. Water, gas, internet are included, hydro averages $100 which we split and we can talk about parking if you need it! Also the pics are before the new paint, so all fresh there in a more neutral soft cream colour and can send more pics if interested Roomie -
I’m a healthcare professional who works full time, I like to have fun and a social life outside of work to maintain a healthy balance. I love to get outside when the weather is nice, I read alot, big rnb fan, love to cook/bake and adore a girls night with movies, wine and all the snacks (spa night is a close 2nd). Looking for a roommate who has their life (somewhat) together, pays their bills, will be organized and actually clean but able to have some fun from time to time.
