- Main bedroom has a Queen + sofa (suitable for 5'10" under)
- Upstairs is a third-floor attic conversion with steeper, narrower stairs (see photos)
- Attic conversion has 1 queen bed, 1 folding cot LX twin, large sofa to sleep on
- Sliding barn doors on both bathrooms (no locks)
- Bedrooms are set back from the street for quieter sleep

Location
- Home is on a main street → some noise possible
- Close to Tacoma General, Allenmore & other hospitals (great for travel nurses)

About 40 minutes from Seattle (without traffic) — Tacoma is an up-and-coming area, not “fancy”

Kitchenette & Dining
- Kitchenette w/ dining table, coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge
- Light cooking only → 1 pot, 1 pan, utensils
- Plug-in hot plate available if needed, but not ideal for heavy cooking
