Apartment in East Brainerd Area

Looking for a second person to take this bedroom in my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in East Brainerd. $800 a month. Cable, wifi, utilities, valet trash, pool, and gym all included. Living space is very spacious with plenty of room for storage. Multiple closets in the empty bedroom. I am flexible on gender and age, but I am a 22 year old guy, so preferably a guy around the same age. Lease is until June of 2027, but I am flexible on your desired length of stay as well.
