Roommate to split bills

Opis

Most of the bills are split in thirds, my husband and i 2/3. Prefer if you could drive yourself, willing to help if reasonable and informed in advance. There is a lot of public transportation options and lots of store and food within walking distance. Married couple with dogs (one foster, one ours) and 3 cats. Prefer no more pets due to st.Ann limits.
Basement will have a bed with a mattress and box spring. Outlets are two prong as we're slowly updating this well loved older home.
