Looking for (babysitting) roommate

Opis

I have a 2-room 2-bath apartment in Boynton Beach. I am looking to find someone to let the extra room to. There’s a bathroom not connected to the room, but right off the hall that would be yours. I will be living there on and off, but mostly off (not living there June-September and maybe even already April-June).
Depending on responses, I am open to $1000 a month without babysitting. I am not sure if I'll always be in my apartment or need babysitting, but it would be helpful to me during April-May and August-December.
The reason for the lower rent ($800) would be to ask for about 8-10 hours of babysitting a week for an infant. We can work out a schedule that works for both of us. These hours would not be June or July. The room would be available through December, but we could negotiate longer.
