Looking for someone who is ok with the sounds of little feet running around upstairs. The room is a private room with its own private bathroom on the first room by itself, the kitchen and living room is on the second floor. The room comes with a closet and bed frame if needed, WiFi, Water, Electricity & Filtered Drinking water ALL included. Plenty of parking around unit.
