Planning to move in early mid july

Opis

250$/week is my highest budget.
Specifically looking for a fully furnished room (if not, but everything I need is there, that's okay too, as long as it's clean)
If possible, electricity, water, and free wifi are included in the 250$/week and also I'm an indonesian so it would be nice if the landlord is an indonesian (otherwise is alright too)
I'm okay with no AC That's all for now, I pretty much tolerate anything as long as the location is strategic. Otherwise, I'll add more later.
