There’s a downstairs living room and an upstairs loft, giving you a private living area if we’re in the other one. The roommate bathroom has a double sink; if you rent both rooms, it’s a private bath. Rent one bedroom for $900 or both for $1,600. Utilities, streaming, and a housekeeper included. Espresso maker, LGBTQ+ friendly,🌳💨, and small dog friendly. Must be okay with weekend DJ dinner parties! One room available now. Asking for first and last month with a signed roommate agreement.
