My roommate and I urgently need someone to take over our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at 1010 Lofts on Main. $929/month per resident and ALL utilities are included (electric, gas, water, and 1 gig internet). The apartment is fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, parking, and secure building access.
