Convenient location, lots of amenities: ) Hiya! I’m looking for a 4th person to fill my furnished home/room. Perfect for a student or a working professional. Although it may seem like a lot of people at first, the house is pretty quiet most of the time, w us often out & about or traveling. Next to beautiful Cathedral Park and the iconic St Johns’ Bridge, near bus routes, grocery, movie theater, shops, restaurants, Forest Park hiking. Includes jacuzzi, fireplace & lush yard. Utilities, high-speed wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heat/AC - all included. 3-month minimum. Shared with 3 other responsible individuals. Shared bathroom with 1 person. Must love animals (2 cats in house). No room for additional animals. Us: We enjoy doing our own thing, but also like each other's company and create a comfortable, safe home. Roommate 1&2: We’re a couple. Rachael is the homeowner, in my late 40s, and is on long-term disability (not working). Ken substitute teaches. We waiver between being home a lot and/or not at all. We are generally quiet & spend most of our time in our room, out w friends, often out on the water, or traveling. We’re very laid back and, like many Portlanders, progressive. Roommate 3: An early 30s woman who nannies and works in breath-work, meditation and life coaching. She likes to sing and do a spiritual self-help podcast in her own time. She keeps to herself but is open to hvg roommate gatherings. Inclusive✌️🌈
