Looking for a roommate for April

I just settled in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome, that my friends are subleasing me. This lease is only until September. I am looking for one person to occupy the 2nd floor. You will have your own room and bathroom. The 3rd bedroom I have as a work room right now, but we can discuss changing that to my future roommates preference. The house is partially furnished. I have a lot of kitchen items, and various other things. I was planing on continuing furnishing it myself. But anything that is brought it will have space. I am very relaxed and easy to work with, all I ask is that rent be paid on time. I have already paid for March, so even if you move in before March. You won’t be charged until April.
