Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Kenilworth at Charles Apartments as soon as possible, with a move-in date after March 30th preferably April 1st. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with one roommate who is very easygoing. It has a spacious kitchen and living area, with appliances included and island seating. Rent is $867 per month, which includes water and sewer, plus $27 for WiFi and about $100–$200 for BGE depending on usage.
