Furnished room in NJ 15 min to NYC

Hey There,
I’m offering a furnished room to share with me (female) the room has a queen size bed, TV and a desk with a chair. AC/heating. This is a residential complex (with elevator, gym, sauna, pool, etc) located in North Bergen, NJ (15 min to Port Authority in Manhattan) price is $1,850 plus half of the electric bill (I cover the internet bill) and $1,000 security deposit. The bathroom is next to the room and not shared with me (I have my own bathroom).
