Hi, my name is Terry. I am a 63-year old retired artist. I am looking for a roommate to occupy my guest suite. My home is in Houston - Sharpstown area. The monthly rent is $1850 for 2 BEDROOMS & 1 BATHROOM, UTILITIES INCLUDED and the rooms are available immediately. The guest suite consists of one newly painted queen-size bedroom with double closets and refinished hardwood floors, a full bathroom, and a second bedroom with a twin sofa bed that can double as an office or etc. The rooms are adjacent to eachother along a private hallway, nearest to the front door of the home - thus adding to privacy. My bedroom is near the backside of the home, therefore I will primarily use the back entrance. Ideally looking for a longterm roommate but open to short term and couples also. Pets are welcome, but I ask that they remain out of the common areas of the home other than transitons to and from outside. I have a small friendly poodle, and will follow these parameters as well. The common areas include the kitchen, living area, laundry room, and backyard. Street parking is always available directly in front of the home. The backyard features a covered patio, rock garden and outdoor fire pit - perfect for hosting small gatherings or just enjoying private outdoor space.
