Furnished room for nerd!

Hey there! My house has cats within it. Open to a roommate having a cat, but it would have to stay in their room. One of my cats isn't nice to animals outside of the ones already in the home. All my cats are people-friendly, though! Room is fully furnished (with the exception of sheets, blankets, and pillows) and includes a full-sized bed, a computer desk and chair, mini-fridge with freezer, microwave, and TV with a Netflix guest with no commercials. Bathroom is shared. $800 includes all utilities (as well as internet). If utilities get crazy-high out of nowhere we would need to adjust. Don't take 2-3 hour showers and we should be fine. 🤣 Parking available in driveway during the week, but street parking on weekends please. I host Dungeons and Dragons and Magic the Gathering on weekends and I would like my friends to be able to park in the driveway. Laundry facilities on . Non-smoking home, no drugs, no kids, and no criminal backgrounds. Couples considered but at a higher cost. Mattress and dresser will be brand new, since the previous tenant unfortunately ruined them. I will post pictures of the room but note those 2 things will be changed. I am friendly, happy to be friends or keep lives separate, but I do require cleanliness. Looking for a roommate who can communicate effectively, who is respectful of other people's things, and who will not eat food they didn't personally purchase. Someone who works night shift would be a big plus! Available starting in April.
