Also has tv with Firestick mounted on wall. Items can stay or be removed. Can also furnish a bed if needed. Perfect location for a travelling nurse at Centennial Hills Hospital. Close to the 95 and the 215. Access to full home. In unit washer/dryer. Backyard has a firepit and pergola. Community has a pool and hot tub. I have a small dog ( zu/yorkie mix) so must be pet friendly. May allow pets, depending on size and demeanor. Would prefer 6 month lease but negotiable for the right person.
