Two rooms for rent.

Price is 1300 for large and 1100 for smaller. These are two rooms in a brand new townhouse, it is on a second floor, you will share a bathroom with one more person and an ocasional guest we might bring who will be on the third floor, the third floor itself is off limits. The dimensions for the room are 9’8” and 13’1” for the large one and 9’7” and 8’1” for the smaller one. The first floor has the kitchen. No pets, absolutely no smoking.
